Evening everyone! I hope you're all keeping well.
We've got a shop bursting at the seams this month (if anyone can give us an 'in' on a bigger retail unit in Stockport please do get in touch.... I feel like we are only just squeezing into our space now).
We've really enjoyed this month as our new(ish) team members Holly, Jess & Sam are settling in and getting more familiar with the shop and our amazing customers. It's really nice having some fresh perspectives around the place and great to hear lots of you have gotten to know them already.
A couple of highlights this month have been Stockparty (dancing in the rain), ex shop girl Immy's wedding (celebrating love in one of Stockport's most historic churches) and life drawing at mustard co work (I never knew how much I needed to draw badly with kids crayons - I really recommend going to the next event if you can).

The Core - Bar / Cafe / Record shop on Middle Hillgate have their opening party Sat 5th July. Lagerita's all round
Pub Quiz - The Red Bull are hosting a weekly quiz night on Wednesdays, hosted by no other than Simon Diamond. Wednesdays 7pm. Cash & booze prizes.
Stock Room - What exactly did we all do before the newly launched Stockroom opened? It's now the only place I take my kids for a day out, ever. Check their website for a list of their events, creative workshops and community gatherings
Proper Good In The Pub - Cross sector networking evening for businesses, social enterprises and charities at Bruk. Thurs 3rd July 5pm (Booking required)
Tides Within Open Day - 12th July. Try a yoga, qi gong or movement class for FREE
