Material
The shoe is made of natural wool. Wool is the perfect material for indoor shoe. Your feet never feel too hot or too cold. The shoe has a double sole of felt that make it extra comfortable and pleasant. The outer sole is made of natural rubber. The sole is waterproof and non-slip.
How are the slippers made?Making a pair of Egos slippers takes time and requires skills. One worker can produce 2 pairs of shoes a day. The raw wool is dyed with environmentally friendly colours. Then the wool is mapped, and the work on the shape of the shoe can begin. The carded wool is formed. Seawater masks into the wool, causing the small fibres in the wool to cling. The wet felt shoe is then dried under the sun. Then add another insole of felt so the shoe becomes extra comfortable. The outer suede sole is finally sewn on.
