Braided Grass Ring by Ara the Altar
This Braided Grass ring is made by braiding locally foraged grass, stretching the length out on my weaving loom and gently painting the surface of the braid with melted candle wax, sealing any gaps and making a stronger form to withstand the mould making process.
Shaped into a band and cast in recycled solid 925 sterling silver.
Available in various sizes.
Every piece of Ara adornment is accompanied by a European hemp pocket, designed in-house & ethically made here in the UK with minimal waste and naturally hand dyed by Lauren.
